I focus on consultations, paperwork, and limited-scope services that can be handled without contested court or trial work. We can talk candidly at the outset about what I can take on and when another kind of representation is needed.
Family law and immigration receive equal attention here. For Utah family matters, I assist with uncontested issues, agreed modifications, and defined questions or documents. For immigration, I work on eligible filings, interview preparation, and Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions.
